Responding to Covid-19

Vitae services continue to be available to customers at all levels of the covid protection framework (traffic light system). At the point of community transmission in a region, counselling/ supervision will revert to being held via video conference/ telephone unless by agreement with the counsellor.

Contact us to find out more about the flexible services and support that we can offer as we continue to deal with the impact of Covid-19 in our community.  Please note that we will be guided by the advice provided by the Ministry of Health.

Key points to note:

  • All clinicians working face to face are fully vaccinated
  • Some of our counsellors only offer face-to-face sessions to fully-vaccinated clients and may ask you for proof of vaccination

Please remember, if you are feeling unwell, have been a close contact or told to isolate, stay at home and make contact to cancel or change the face to face sessions into a telephone or video conference session.
