Te Hono Kī Manawaū

In the tapestry of life, the threads of our cultures and personal experiences weave together to create a rich and vibrant narrative. As a māmā to two beautiful children and three beloved furry companions, I find a real joy in sharing traditional Māori healing. It is my belief that everyone deserves access to diverse modalities that support their health and wellbeing, and I am grateful to be able to share this practice with you.

My journey has been anything but linear and exploring overseas broadened my experience of the world beyond my home. For over twenty-five years, I have worked in various corporate roles, primarily in the legal sector, and later in technology and philanthropy. However, it was the transformative experience of becoming a mother that propelled me into a deeper exploration of my own healing journey and a call from my tīpuna to answer. Engaging with Rongoā Māori, alongside both contemporary and traditional healing modalities, has allowed me to integrate my life experiences into a holistic understanding of health.
