Ko Kelly Kingi tōku ingoa. I am a Rongoā Māori practitioner trained through Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and Hapūtanga Wānanga under Awhitia and Ema Mihaere, carrying the legacy of Papa Hohepa Delamere. Raised around rongoā and with a lifelong passion for caring for people, my practice includes romiromi, mirimiri, kōmiri, rākau rongoā, karakia, takutaku, and wairua healing.
My mahi is deeply rooted in tikanga, guided by the Maramataka, and dedicated to restoring balance in body, mind, and spirit. I support all peoples, including those accessing care through ACC and EAP, offering healing that is culturally grounded, wairua led, and whānau focused.

Nau mai haere mai! Welcome to our Manawa Ora Whare Hauora (wellbeing space/clinic) in Johnsonville. Come and experience improved wellbeing, personal growth and empowerment through traditional Māori healing and bodywork. Healing is for everyone and all are welcome.
Manawa Ora is the largest ACC registered provider of Rongoā Māori in the Wellington region. We focus on mirimiri and romiromi (traditional Māori healing and bodywork, not massage), a practice that rebalances, restores function and releases deeply-held tension in the body, and includes intuitive/culturally grounded kōrero, counsel and guidance. These ancient Māori healing modalities are powerful restorative practices that bring rebalance, realignment, clarity and wellness to the body, mind and spirit.
Manawa Ora is a collective of 14+ kaimirimiri (practitioners and senior practitioners), who each bring their own gifts and are traditionally trained and mentored by Manawa Ora founder, Mātanga Rongoā Jolie Davis. Jolie is a member of the ACC Rongoā Māori Advisory Panel and has some 25 years’ experience practicing, teaching and training people in Mirimiri and Romiromi and Hauora (wellbeing) from a Māori worldview.
Our team reflects the community we serve, with mainly Māori and Pasifika practitioners. We work in an open space and you will be allocated your practitioner on the day. This might seem different, we guarantee you’ll feel safe and welcome and at ease. Call us if you have any questions. Mauriora!
We also provide workshops, seminars and education on Rongoā Māori, hauora and wellbeing from a Te Ao Māori perspective (separately to EAP).
