Ian provides supervision to a number of experienced practitioners, students, workforce (e.g. funeral directors, teachers, social workers). He also facilitates restorative conferences and Psych Educational.
Ian brings wide life experience to his work, having worked and lived overseas for many years. He was a secondary school counsellor and worked for government, public companies, international corporate enterprises, non-government organisations (NGOs) and in private practice.
He also provides Ahikura supervision.

Maureen has over 25 years clinical experience as a mental health and addictions social worker in a range of settings including community and residential for both statutory and NGO organisations. Now working in private practice her previous roles include community mental health social worker, registered health professional, SW and then team leader of Assertive Outreach and Resettlement Team. Maureen has also balanced her clinical roles with time out as a librarian and postie.
Now mainly using acceptance and commitment therapy as it fits so well with Maureen’s holistic style of working with clients.

Sara Crane has been facilitating and supervising groups in a wide range of communities for 35 years. Sara enjoys and is skilled at co-creating collaborative and relational group cultures that support wellbeing. As a psychodramatist, trainer, dducator, practitioner and psychotherapist Sara’s knowledge and intuition help group members move from words into action, facilitating self-expression and recognition of feelings, creating rapport, building trust, nurturing a capacity for empathy and enhancing self-acceptance among people.
Sara worked for a time as an ACC therapist with children and families and was instrumental in setting up a community service for children and families to heal from sexual abuse (START) and she remains involved in this work. Sara has experience as an expert witness, supporting victims and supervising professionals who work in the field.
