With well over 15 years' counselling experience, Adele's focus is to work alongside clients, supporting them to identify and achieve their own goals and reach their full potential. Adele enjoys both counselling and her work as a supervisor.

Anthony specialises in working with adults who are struggling with difficult emotions, thoughts, behaviours and life circumstances. What he loves about his work is seeing his clients gain insights and new perspectives, find strengths, begin to change, and improve their experience and appreciation of life.

Anthony has extensive experience in a wide range of client presenting issues. These include anxiety, anger, depression, drugs and alcohol, grief, historical abuse, stress, lack of assertiveness, trauma, family and workplace relationships, and ineffective thinking and beliefs.

In addition to being in private practice as a counsellor and clinical supervisor, Anthony contracts to a range of EAP service providers, as well as the Brief Intervention Service and Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust. 

Anthony has a special interest in men’s wellbeing and the challenges they face, such as personal growth, negative cultural pressures, separation/divorce, fatherhood and masculinity.

Chantal has 30 years' experience in the fields of adult and child mental health, special education, disability, individual and family therapy. Chantal provides both clinical and professional supervision.

An experienced supervisor in the health field, business consulting, and education, Dinah has been providing supervision for over 15 years in those fields. She is also on the faculty for the Gestalt Institute of New Zealand. Dinah has a keen interest in supervision with people from many different work backgrounds, and now has the experience to match the interest.

Geoff is a counsellor and professional supervisor within Catholic Social Services. Geoff also has experience working with Victim Support as well as the Salvation Army as an alcohol and drug caseworker.

Jillian has been working in counselling since 1991. As well as counselling, her work includes supervising people from a wide range of professions, as well as training and consulting. Jillian's background includes working in areas of science research; social work, especially in mental health and disabilities; lecturing in counselling; and early childhood management and teaching.   

Jillian enjoys seeing people grow and develop, and be empowered to take fresh positive initiatives in the situations before them. 

Joan is an experienced practitioner who works to support health and wellbeing using a variety of modalities. She has offered supervision for health professionals since 2005.

Joan has a keen interest in working with people from a variety of backgrounds, supporting clear communication and understanding of their personal process.

Joan offers individual brief intervention, supervision and couples communication facilitation.  

An experienced counsellor and supervisor, John provides consultancy services and professional supervision working with individuals, couples, families and he also offers group work.

Marion has a background in health and has over 15 years' experience in social work and counselling. Marion also has interests in Family Court (relationship counselling) and CYFS work. Marion also works in Invercargill most Fridays.

Morag has been a supervisor for 5 years. She has supervised counsellors in training and more recently taken on a wider range of supervisees from a variety of professionals.

Pauline is an experienced psychotherapist with a demonstrated history of working in the health public and private sector. Strong healthcare and education services professionally skilled in mindfulness, psychology, technology, assessment, needs analysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling psychology.

Sally offers skilled and empathic supervision to reflect on the relational, transferential, organisational and systems aspects of your work with clients. She uses the seven-eyed model of supervision.
