For Bill, supervision is essential for good practice regardless of the nature of work. He takes a reflective approach in supervision where he aims to enhance competency, accountable practice, continuing professional development and personal support. 

Marian has worked in the Southland area for over 20 years. Coming from both a town and farming background has helped Marian understand the diversity of challenges faced by the people of the area. As a Southlander she is committed to the welfare of the people and the growth and productivity of the region.

Merren uses a collaborative approach to provide professional support in managing workplace conflict, time management, assessment of workload, professional boundaries, using workplace policies and procedures to underpin appropriate action, interpersonal skills and self-care. Current supervisees are health professionals, school counsellors, counsellors, government departments and NGOs.
