His training is in Narrative and Solution Focused counselling.  He has worked extensively with prisoners, families, couples, children, adolescents and university students (pre/post graduate) from different cultures. Malcolm works closely with peoples own knowledges in drawing out solutions to problems. He sees this as the key to clients successes in moving forward.   In a nutshell, Malcolm sees the problem as the problem; the person is never the problem.
