Josie has lived on the West Coast for the last 3 years. She has worked in both Australia and Canterbury in the mental health & addictions field for the last 10 years. She is happy to catch up in her office in Greymouth, or out & about if it works better for you. She draws on aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) in her work.
