Andrew is a trained social worker, counsellor and supervisor with 20 years' experience in the mental health and addiction sector in non-government organisations and secondary services. Andrew’s philosophy is that the problem is the problem, the person is not the problem.

Dr. Anna Reeves has been working in mental health, addictions, domestic violence, family and sexual harm and counselling since 2008.

Anna has experience in Te Reo Māori, Māori art therapy, rongoā (natural medicines), Te Whare Tapa Whā, Te Wheke and decolonisation work. Anna has extensive experience in kaupapa Māori services.

Anna is able to provide clinical and cultural supervision to practitioners working in health and social services.

Experienced but down-to-earth, Bren has been working alongside many individuals, couples and families, assisting them to address a wide range of issues for over 17 years. Bren is experienced working within kaupapa Māori services and also provides professional and clinical supervision.

Claudette is a registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 20 years' experience working with both clients and health professionals. She uses her knowledge of attachment and developmental theories to understand how a person operates within their current relationships (both personal and professional) and to identify patterns that may be disrupting and/or hindering these relationships.

Claudette uses a collaborative psychodynamic approach, working together to discover patterns and develop strategies that will help the client move forward.

Colin is a registered psychologist who has worked since 1990 as a supervisor, counsellor, mentor and trainer in his practice NINE LIVES counselling and teambuilding services in Hawkes Bay. Colin will help you understand and make sense of your situation, encourage and help you find the motivation to address it, challenge your solutions and strategies till they are workable, and establish realistic step-by step-plans that work for you.

Kelly specialises in cognitive behavioural therapy, specifically when working with depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, substance use disorders and psychosis. Alongside this, Kelly has skills in distress, tolerance and mindfulness.

Louise is a strong community and social services professional with a certificate focused in supervision.

Michael has been providing supervision in various capacities since 1995. As a manager Michael has provided line supervision and management of issues relating to a person’s work, and as a therapist he provides supervision for other counsellors and play therapists in various stages of their career.

Sandy supervises both individuals and groups on an 'as required' basis. She works from a strengths-based perspective and uses examples provided by the supervisee(s) to develop understanding and skills in specific areas, such as transference and counter-transference and how personal issues can impact on the work. Sandy believes supervision works best if the supervisee(s) attend prepared with some aspect of their work that they wish to explore further.

Sue has provided supervision since 1979, and given conference presentations and developed teaching materials on the topic. Her supervision relationships have included counsellors, agency managers, emergency services personnel, medical personnel, judiciary, senior school personnel and chaplains.

Sue works with individuals and groups. She also has extensive experience as a counsellor, trainer and consultant. 

Tim has over 25 years' experience using a range of professional approaches to meet clients' individual needs and to help them achieve their unique potential. He has worked in residential, outpatient and kaupapa Māori settings with individuals, couples and groups.

Working in the field of mental health and addictions for many years in the emergency mental health and addiction team has opened Troy up to the challenges that people face and can suddenly find themselves in. Troy is an open, honest, easygoing and non-judgemental person.

He also provides Ahikura supervision.
