Vitae’s executive coaching and mentoring service can help reduce that stress by providing professional development, advice and support. This includes regular confidential sessions with a Vitae coach, either individually or in small groups, with the aim of providing emotional and professional support, resolving work issues, improving performance and reducing stress.

All of our coaches and mentors have a minimum of five years’ practical experience and are registered with an approved professional organisation.
