Ana has been a counsellor and addictions clinician for 30 years, and a clinical supervisor for 18. Ana's approach is holistic and can include a spiritual perspective. The modalities Ana uses include interactive drawing therapy (IDT), mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), non-violent communication (NVC), Te Whare Tapa Whā, and solution-focused therapy.

Angela has a wide experience in counselling across a range of issues, and her specialty is as a relationship counsellor. Angela completed a Bachelor of Counselling in Wellington in 1999, followed by a Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision from the Transactional Analysis Institute, Wellington. She works as a counsellor and supervisor in a private practice in Richmond.

Julie's range of approaches includes body-centred psychotherapy (Hakomi), cognitive behavioural therapy and person-centred therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming. Having recently moved to Nelson from Auckland, Julie ran a successful private practice as a psychotherapist, counsellor and clinical supervisor. Prior to that she was an HR Manager of a large NZ corporate.

Sally emigrated from South Africa and is married with adult children. Her diverse clients include adults who are executives, tertiary students, English 2nd language speakers, immigrants, neurodiverse, refugees, and retirees.

Sally has a wealth of experience with stress burnout, mental health challenges including anxiety and depression, disability and parenting issues, cancer, neurodiversity, grief and loss, and chronic health conditions. She has degrees in Psychology and Counselling and has also completed studies in neurodiversity and trauma. Being a mature woman, she brings not only academic training, but also many years of life experience and her own journey of ongoing learning to her counselling practice.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and are struggling to navigate the complexity of life, Sally is there to listen, provide a safe, calm, non-judgemental space, and work together to find practical strategies to improve clients’ holistic wellbeing. Sessions are available online and face to face.
